Our new ICU is finished, and I wanted to let you know that the GB Contract Services team have been amazing. Even though they have no obligation to us beyond the building of the unit, the GB Contract Services team have gone above and beyond to help us out with many things which would not be in their job description. I’m sure there must have been times when they were tired of us finding things that needed to be tweaked, moved, or added but no one ever made us feel that it was a problem. Nothing has been too much trouble and every one of them has been polite, pleasant, and professional. Moving a unit is always a stressful experience and even more so when it involves coming into a completely new environment. The GB Contract Services team have helped us with all the things that have enabled us to function seamlessly despite the upheaval . We would not be in this position if we had relied on the areas in the trust which should have supported us , so thank you to an incredible team .

I would like to thank you for your hard work on the classroom refurbishment & swimming pool projects, as your first projects at the school I am very happy at how quickly you have adapted to our specific policies and procedures. As with most projects within the Education sector environment we have strict timescales for project completion and myself and the school were put at ease with your detailed programme and regular updates, I am happy to confirm these projects were delivered on time and the School is over the moon with the quality that GB Contract Services have produced. I would also like to make a special mention to your site manager Peter who was brilliant on these projects and went above and beyond, Peter completed everything we asked even when it was out of scope and no matter the task, he did not request additional time he just got the work done.
